Description

Great for holidays at low prices, this mobile home of 28 m2 can accommodate up to 4 people for a stay with family or friends. There are all what you need : a functional kitchen, a living room with its sitting area and dining area, two bedrooms with storage and a bathroom. Enjoy the lunches in the open air with a terrace of 11m2 ! The good deal !

Optional

  • Extra person : 30 € per week
  • Small pets allowed : 16 €/week. One dog up to 20 kg or two small dogs up to 10 kg each.
  • Sheets rentals : from 8 to 11€/bed
  • Cribs or high chair rental : 10 €/week
  • Heating package: : 30 €/week - Compulsory in april/may and after mid september
  • Cleaning fee : 70 €, excluding dishes, kitchen area and garbage cans

5% off for 2 consecutive weeks of rental and 10% off for 3 weeks

Added to this is the tourist tax of €0.22 per day and per person over 18 and an eco-contribution of €0.32 per day and per person. It is free for children under two years old. A deposit of 35% is required to confirm your booking. At your arrival, we will ask you for a deposit of €270 by CB or cash (cheques not accepted) on your arrival: €200 for the rental and €70 to guarantee the cleanliness of the premises on departure. Our rates are from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m. in July and August. In low season, arrival and departure days are free. Do not hesitate to book for weekends or short stays.
